SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday. Each order will be handled within 3 to 5 days of being placed and shipped the day after processing is finished.
Our standard shipping period is 10–15 days, and we kindly ask for your patience as we update your logistics information.
Some of our products are crafted entirely by hand. Given the high volume of orders we receive, we need 1 to 2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may result in extended delivery times.

Your local customs authority may request additional documentation and require extra time to clear your package, which may delay the expected delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered via the local postal service, meaning you will receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
