Returns & Refund
Cancellation
We’re happy to help you cancel your order—just make sure to do so before your product is shipped or produced! If you cancel in time, you’ll get a full refund with no hassle. Once your order has shipped, though, we won’t be able to cancel it anymore.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on our products, and you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request one. To qualify for a return, your product needs to be unused, in the same condition you got it, and still in its original packaging. Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy to finish the return—please don’t send your item back to the manufacturer directly!
Refunds (if applicable)
When we get your returned item and check it over, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know it’s arrived. We’ll also tell you if your refund is approved or not. If it’s approved, we’ll process your refund right away, and a credit will go back to your credit card or original payment method within 1 to 5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Haven’t gotten your refund yet? First, double-check your bank account—sometimes it takes a little time to show up. Then, get in touch with your credit card company, as they might need extra time to post the refund. If that doesn’t help, contact your bank—there’s usually a short processing period for refunds. If you’ve tried all that and still haven’t received your refund, just email us at partner@mygiftbay.com.
